Bikram Gautam, born in 1993 in Kavrepalanchok and raised in Kathmandu, is the elder son of Ram Bahadur Gautam. While his father had already established a mining business by the time Bikram was growing up, his early years were spent learning about business and trade. Initially, Bikram did not show a strong interest in business, but over time, he developed a passion for it and chose to continue his father’s legacy alongside his younger brother.He completed his undergraduate studies at a prestigious university in Thailand before returning to Nepal. Upon his return, Bikram took charge of the branch office of Motidan Construction Sewa Private Limited in Hetauda. His dedication and leadership eventually led him to the role of Managing Director, where he has been instrumental in driving the company towards new heights. Under his management, the company has successfully completed numerous projects on time without encountering failures or legal issues.

Looking ahead, Bikram envisions Motidan Construction Sewa expanding its reach internationally and collaborating with global companies to offer construction services abroad.

Bikash Gautam, the youngest son of Ram Bahadur Gautam, shares the same enthusiasm and drive for business as his father and elder brother. Growing up in the family business, Bikash was deeply involved from a young age, whether accompanying his father to job sites or working late into the night.With a strong focus on site supervision, Bikash ensures smooth project execution by addressing any issues faced by employees and local bodies. His outgoing nature, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities contribute significantly to the efficient completion of projects. Bikash’s fearless approach has enabled the company to overcome challenging projects on time without compromising on quality.
